Welcome to NeoLogica Support Center.

In order to streamline management of support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address is required, and it is used to authenticate and identify you within our Support Center.


New ticket

Please click the button 'Open ticket' in order to open a new support request. Provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you.


View or update existing tickets

We provide an archive and history of all your support requests, complete with responses.
Please login by entering your email address (the one you originally used when you opened the support request) and the ticket number in order to view or update your tickets.


Enable remote access

Download and launch the TeamViewer software in order to enable remote access to your PC by NeoLogica Support Staff.
